Returns Policy

We have tried to set out our trading terms simply so that there can be no misunderstandings.

 

Out of stock items

Many items are imported and sometimes become out of stock.  You will be informed of extended deliveries via email within 24 hours of your order if this is the case. Should this eventualise, you will be entitled to a refund (effected within 3 days) or will be able to re-select a different product, or choose to await your first choice. Refunds will only be applied to the account used to purchase the goods in the first instance.

 

Colour

Colour as shown on our website can vary from the actual colour of product as computer images are dependant on screen resolution and this can vary. Slight variances in colour will not be grounds for cancellation.

 

Delivery

It is your responsibility to ensure good access for large items to your door. If for some reason the items you purchase

do not fit through your entrance easily, (as can be the case with some apartments or gated homes), we will try our best to deliver the first time. If this is not successful, we will leave your items with you and it will be your responsibility to bring them into your home.  This is why we provide all product measurements.

 

Our delivery partners deliver in to your home

Most items arrive in boxes, so be sure to have unpacking tools at the ready. When ordering larger items, please ensure that you have enough hands on deck to bring the item in from your front entrance if you are outside Sydney as some carriers will deliver to your front door only.  If the item does not fit, this will not be grounds for any refund or compensation.

No claims for damaged goods in boxes will be accepted after seven days of your receiving the items. We believe this is reasonable as it gives you time to unpack and advise any issues. If any boxes are damaged on delivery please note these on the delivery docket you will be asked to sign as it may be of help when damaged articles have to be rectified.

 

All warranties rest with our suppliers and are on a back to base basis, meaning you have to return the item to the supplier for service and pay the costs of return.

We find that most service issues can be resolved easily within your home and usually involve parts. If an article is badly damaged we will replace it at no cost to you  as you are covered by insurance for transport. We try to resolve any claims quickly and it does sometimes take longer than we all expect. If everyone remains patient we always achieve 100% satisfaction as we value our customers.

 

Refunds.

If there is a reason to return your goods, you will need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the products.

 

Simply stated we are happy to refund your purchase, minus all delivery and insurance costs as long as the furniture has not been unwrapped or assembled and is received by us no later than 7 days following delivery.

Before returning products, you will need to contact us within 24 hours.

No returns will be accepted without our express permission.
 

Any products which have been returned partially assembled or not within the correct packaging will also incur a 30% restocking fee.
 

All refunds will be made 48 hours after we have received the product back in good condition.If goods are recived back damaged we will not refund .

Change of mind.

Once we deliver goods to you we will not entertain any returns as we ask you to choose carefully before you buy.

The decision to purchase remains yours. We try to give accurate descriptions that reflect the piece's dimensions and features to help you decide if a piece is right for your home.
