Do  you  have  a  showroom  where  we  can  see  the  products?

We are now purely online traders.We have traded from stores for some thirty years in Sydney and feel we can offer a great service withouit the overhead of a store.


Can  I  collect  goods  at  your  store  myself?
Unfortunately not.If you want to buy from us we will deliver to your home or business.


Do  you  offer  finance?
Yes. We  offer interest free terms through ZipMoney on any  of  your  purchases.

Do you  assemble  on  delivery?
No.  Most  items  come  in  boxes  and  require  some  assembly.
Your product description will let you know how much assembly is required.
If  you  get  stuck  and  need  some  guidance  you are  welcome  to  contact  us.
If  you  don’t  feel  like  assembling  yourself, we recommend using  Airtasker. www.airtasker.com.au
They are an independent  company  who  provide a platform
for  various  services including  assembly.


Do your  products  have  any  warranties?
Yes.  All  items  are  from  the  best  suppliers  in  Australia  and  come  with  a  twelve  month warranty from time  of delivery. You  have additional remedies  for  defective   product  under  Australian  Consumer law. If at any time during the process of dealing with us, there is a fault with your product, please contact us straight away.


Is  it  secure  to buy  on  your  site?
Yes.  We have  chosen  our  payment  gateway  options  carefully for you with  security in  mind.  We  do  not store personal  payment data in our system. Payment is  handled  by  eWay
and  Paypal.  Both organisations  have  strict  security  standards and are there to protect  you. All payments are  sent  directly  to our account  without  us  ever  receiving  your  credit  card  details.

This  should give  you  extra  peace  of mind.


How  do  I order?
Simply  choose  the  products  you  like  and  then  go  to  the  checkout.
The  delivery  cost  is  calculated  for you, so you  will  know  how much  the complete  price  is including delivery.  Once your purchase is made, you will  receive  a confirmation email and  within three days the goods  will  be despatched.

The whole  process should  take about  7 business days, except in the case of custom made products - or delivery to regional areas (where you may experience slightly longer delivery times).


How  do  you  deliver?

We use reliable  cariers  to  deliver  larger  furniture pieces  in  Metro  Sydney.They  actually  bring  your  purchase  into  your  home but  there  must  be  good  access.If  they  cannot  deliver  due  to  poor  access  the  goods  will  be  left  with  you  and  it  is  your  responsibility  to  actually  get  them  inside.If  we  have  to  redeliver  there  will  be  addintional  charges.In  certain cases  we  use  Australia  Post  and  other  delivery  methods depending  on  the  item
If  you  are  outside  Sydney  we  will  quote  a  delivery  price  for  you using  a variety  of  delivery  companies.We  favour  furniture  freighters  as  they  deliver  goods  in  good  order as  the  last  thing  we  want  is  for  you  to  receive  damaged  goods  due  to  poor  handling.

Returns
If there is a reason to return your goods, you will need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the products.
We offer a 7 day money back guarantee.

Simply stated though, we are happy to refund your purchase, minus all delivery and insurance costs as long as the furniture has not been unwrapped or assembled and is received by us no later than 7 days following delivery. Before returning products, you will need to contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
No returns will be accepted without our express permission.

Any products which have been returned partially assembled or not within the correct packaging will also incur a 30% restocking fee. All refunds will be made 48 hours after we have received the product back in good condition. Send your price match request to us with a copy of the competitive offer. The comparison item must be new and of the same quality from an Australian based source only. This offer only applies to current published product on our website. Our decision in matching a price will be final and no correspondence will be entered into if we decide not to match a price.
